As an artist, educator, and former member of the Troy Arts Council Board of Directors, Pat Duke helped shape the artistic community in Troy.  Under her leadership, the Permanent Art Collection was established.

Our Art Collection

The Troy Arts Council maintains a collection of artwork, primarily by local artists.  Our collection numbers more than a hundred pieces, many of which are on display in local businesses and government agencies in Troy.

Community Theater

The Troy Community Theater Guild is co-sponsored by the Johnson Center for the Arts and the Troy  Arts Council.  The Guild is free to join, and is open to anyone who lives or works in Pike County ages 16+.  Younger participants may join if accompanied by a parent or guardian. The Johnson Center for the Arts offers the Center Stagers program for ages 6-16.
