Carlton Copeland
Carlton Copeland was recognized for his contributions to the arts in the City of Troy. A talented vocalist himself, Carlton led the Charles Henderson High School chorus, and multiple vocal ensembles at Troy University. He also performed with the Southeast Alabama Community Band. (May 2025)
