TAC Awards History
Since its inception in 1995, the TAC Awards have celebrated the vibrant arts community in Troy, Alabama. Over the years, these awards have recognized outstanding local talent in music, visual arts, and theater, fostering a thriving cultural scene.
1995
Inaugural TAC Awards
The first TAC Awards ceremony was held, setting the stage for an annual celebration of artistic excellence in Troy.
2000
Expansion to Visual Arts
Recognizing the growing community of visual artists, the awards expanded to include categories for painting, sculpture, and photography.
2010
Youth Recognition
